Arrival of Mangoes!!!

Mangoes arrived at Sutton today and are available for collection today 24th November 3-6pm, or tomorrow Friday 25th November between 8:30 -9:30am or 2-5pm. Ordered trays can be collected from the computer lab. Please see Deb Gordon in the lab or contact her on 0413 240 254.

Sutton Country Fair Information Night

Planning has begun for next year’s fair to be held on April Fool’s day in 2017 and we are always looking for extra ideas, helpers and people to coordinate areas.

There will be an information night on Thursday the 27th October at 6.30 pm in the staff room for people who would like to know more about the fair, to offer ideas, to volunteer to coordinate an event or run a stall.

Murrumbateman Field Days

For the last three years Sutton Primary School P&C has been given the opportunity to run the Parcel Delivery Service at the Murrumbateman Field Days. This is a great fundraiser for our school with the potential to raise a lot of money. We are running it again this year and we need lots of volunteers. Field Days management have asked us to run two cars from two venues again this year which requires a considerable number of volunteers.

Sutton Olympics

In term three of each year the P & C runs a sporting fundraiser. In the past we have participated in Jump Rope for Heart, Walkathons and Fun Runs. This term Sutton students are invited to participate in the Sutton Olympics. On Wednesday 14th September students will rotate around six events. These events are Olympic events with a fun Sutton twist!

P&C Annual General Meeting

P&CThe Sutton P&C will be holding their Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 16 June, 2016,  at 7pm. *THIS IS AN AMENDED DATE*

All executive positions will become vacant for 2016.

The Executive Committee consists of a President, two Vice-Presidents, Treasurer, and Secretary. In addition, the Sutton P&C has also identified the roles of Fundraising Coordinator, Canteen Coordinator and Communications Officer.  The role descriptions can be found here.

Have your say on what happens with P&C funds and how the P&C supports our great school.

The regular P&C meeting will be held following the AGM at 7:30pm.
